Group work to design a user flow with Hi-Fi prototyping on the purchase phase of a cinema ticket, considering the target user as a GEN Z user.

There were several phases in the project:
1. UX Benchmark – see what already exists, what is the current visual of the Kinépolis app and what are the problems faced by users.
– What are the visuals of other apps of the same kind: UGC, Pathe, Allociné... and what blocks / works in them.
– Read online comments related to the user experience, in order to identify possible major problems.
– Via Pinterest, Behance, etc... find examples of design, see visuals that attract/please.
2. Achievement of a User flow and definition of EPICS
– Selection and purchase of tickets
– User profile management
– Notifications and recommendations
– Room and schedule management
– Payment and security
3. Prototyping on the basis of visuals and the study of comments, in order to facilitate the purchase of a cinema ticket.
