Create a high fidelity user flow of a patient who needs to get an appointment with a dentist.
Denti’cab is an app that makes it easy to book a dentist appointment.
The goal was to make the appointment booking easy, for both a regular patient or for an emergency. We added clear and specific messages to reassure the patient through out the flow, so it knows how it is going.
Clear confirmation and cancellation messages and follow up instructions are key to reduce user stress.
